Nondestructive Engineering Company Limited (Neco Ltd) was founded in July 1976, and had changed its name to NECO Quality Assurance Limited (hereinafter referred to as Neco Q.A.).

Professional inspections improve product quality and manufacturing efficiencies by eliminating problems that cause delays and increase costs. NECO Q.A. has extensive inspection and consulting experience. We perform our inspections with strict attention to details for the purpose of increasing security and guaranteeing product quality by providing a smooth manufacturing operation and eliminating problems that cause delays and extra costs.

Inspections are a necessary step and a basic protective measure. Problems occur in every industrial production situation. When dealing with a foreign manufacturer, standards and conditions of manufacturing will be different. This can trigger complaints or claims due to unexpected reasons. A single week's delay in completing a project can be very costly and can easily exceed the cost of having an independent inspection agency examining the production process and the finished product. When importing goods, the purchaser sometimes has their own way of testing the goods upon arrival. However, due to shipping costs and delays, it is wiser to have the tests performed by a professional inspecting company at the manufacturer’s facility rather than in the country of the purchaser.

Our primary function is to facilitate smooth transactions between the manufacturer and the purchaser. We do so by performing careful inspections, surveillance, monitoring product materials, mechanical testing, performance testing, dimensional inspection, and by endorsing the manufacture’s test records and reports. We can also expedite projects and deliver Quality Auditing services for our clients abroad.

Our goal is to respond quickly and accurately for our client. We strive to anticipate our client’s needs and provide rapid improvements wherever we can. Our TOKYO headquarter has been gradually expanded to meet the expanding requirements needs of the clients.
